"Vainglorious" or "An Exercise In Vanity"
It's funny how sometimes the best laid plans go up in smoke but still turn out to be the best situation possible.
This reminded me of a fanfic from Buffy TVS. Cordelia is split by the device that had divided Xander. It made a dominant Cordy and a submissive one. She makes love to and then keeps herself as a pet.
