"The Glamour Games: Steffi" or "The Beauty"
Welcome to the 87th Annual Glamour Games! This year's pool of
entries looks to provide a spirited competition! As usual some lucky boy
chosen by his district to act as tribute and compete in pageant
that celebrates our glorious capital's triumph over it's enemies.
Victory means glory and honor, they must remember to be their most
feminine and submissive. Leading up to the games, we will be doing a story on each of this year's tributes. Today's boy is from the Beauty District! These lovely people usually give us the most alluring and girlish tributes because they specialize in creating cosmetics and specialized higene products. Their tribute doesn't disappoint as he is an absolute doll! Now let's take a closer look at tribute Steffie!

This tale is a bit dark, but empowering within it's femininity:

"A Simple Thrill" or "A New High"
Originally Posted to Rachel's Haven September 2011

I've made captions for her before but I have always found her preferences harder to focus on than most. She likes the traditional TG/TF fiction universes (Great Shift, SRU, MoZ, etc.) and I always had difficulty writing within those realms.
Now one thing about Kaitlyn people tend forget; just because she tends to lean towards pictures that are less sexual in nature they assume this means there can't be anything wicked in the stories. That's far from the case. In this story, I really wanted to play with the idea of temptation. While bouncing ideas off of Caitlyn (two for the price of one!), this story jumped into my head. The image itself oozes femininity but aside from being very pretty to look at, it doesn't tell much of a story. However, it's that very femininity that works well to drive this tale.
If you are a regular visitor here, than chances are that femininity would be a temptation for you. Some of you dress, some of you have gone deep down the womanhood. Whatever your stopping point, it would have to be tempting to be your most optimally feminine and pretty. A chance at whatever your ideal would be a dream come true and I doubt many would pass it up. I hope I've tempted you with this tale today. Until next time, dolls.

[Exclusive Caption] "Teenage Dream" or "A Prom Night Sissy"
It's that time of year when every little girl in school dreams of being swept off to prom and be a princess for a night. Every little sissy wishes they can join in on the salon trips, dress shopping and looking pretty for pictures. Perhaps they want their mother to do this to them??? Would you be able to say no to your date after he decides to take you to the hotel room afterwards? Would you want to?

[EXCLUSIVE CAPTION] "Trapped!!" or "I Straddle The Fence"
Which side am I on? Doesn't matter, I play for both teams . . . |
Here's something I don't see much in captions - Traps. I must admit, I'm jealous of those who can pull off such a stunt, living on both sides of the fence due to blessings from genetics (The most recent being model Andrej Pejic. It's not fair!). Still, it's something that's very real and possible. Boy or girl? Pick a side - How about both?

[Classic Caption June 2008] "Isn't (S)he Beautiful?" or "Pageant Boy"
Another older theme I think I wouldn't mind revisiting. There's a touch a humor in the ending line and I find the idea rather amazing. Imagine a boy so pretty that girls lost to him in beauty pageants. Sure, pageants are a very traditional view of femininity, but that's what's so charming about them in TG forums. It's good to use for either a sweet story or a more humiliating one. Also, it's fun to think about how she convinced her boyfriend to be a girl - did she use gentle nudging to to make a sissy girl doll for her own twisted pleasure? Or does she enjoy a gentle, effeminate shemale that can act as a best friend and lover? So many questions, so many possibilities. . .
*NOTE* - I fixed the caption, you should be able to see it now.

"Owe It To Yourself" or "Fantasy meets Reality"
Made for Gwendolyn. Something sweet and where the story is more of a beginning than an ending. . . I'm wondering if this can be made into a multiple story series. I just feel there is more of the story to tell.

[Guest Captions] Maybe She's Borth With It - "Gwendolyn"
This little treasure was made by Gwendolyn, who is a girl after my own heart. She picked up on some of my favorite themes and used them here in this story-driven caption. The story itself is one I adore - getting even in the end. There's a touch of sweetness to it, something Gwen uses well in her captions. This isn't a long as some of her stories, but it worked out well - It could easily be expanded into something larger. However, the two things touched off a favorite theme of mine; the image and the description of her being made beautiful. Lovely little dream - who WOULDN'T want to transform into that beauty. While I tend not to like celebs in captions made for me, Scarlett Jo definitely gets a pass from me!
If you would like to send something in go ahead and leave a caption at sometimessimone@yahoo.com. I love getting captions and I might use it here.

[Special Guest Caption] Angel -"Meant To Be"
Angel over at Angel's Captions made this delightful caption for me. I love the simplicity of the themes. A girl who wants to thank someone with her newfound femininity. It's obvious by the style of writing she loves what she's become and every new feminine experience is a pure joy; even the ritual of making herself pretty is something to be cherished and loved. Most of all, she just loves her status and her beauty. She gets to be many things and all of the contradicting and she can choose to share it with who ever she likes. It's something I can't deny enjoying and dreaming about.
One aspect I find fun about this caption it the possibility of this situation to be one day real. If technology allowed for some sort of transformation, how many of you wouldn't make yourself beautiful and race to give yourself to someone. Perhaps it' someone in mind, perhaps it's someone you'll go hunt for to act as the participant of your fantasies made reality. Perhaps you'll even look for love and the whole experience from the other side of the fence. I have a sneaking feeling if such were the case, the female population would suddenly balloon.
On a side note: there some style issues with my captions that have come to my attention that have caused me to rethink my design choices. The main reasons I create captions is a need for expression & creativity, a chance to practice a form of writing, and a need to share and explore themes. I would be foolish to deny that audience is a big part of what I do here so I have to take those things into consideration. While I tend to fall more on the story side of "image/content" preference, it's pretty obvious that the visual element is a big deal for me. I want them to be a treat for the eyes and the mind, and while picture choice is key, you can enhance those in choices. I want to make my captions as accessible as possible because I want people to enjoy them. I might have to play around a bit to see if I can find some happy medium. Besides, I might find new design themes I like. Evolution should be embraced after all!
Also, I've gotten a few questions I should answer this week from Formspring. Until next time, dolls.
