[Sammie Star Part 2] "Like A Good Neighbor" or "You're In Good Hands"

As promised, the second part of the Sammie Star story.  I'm still debating writing a part 3. What do you think?  I personally think Sammie's Neighbor is in really good hands. . . and mouth. . . and. . well, you get the idea.
